I've always been into eating pretty healthy. A few years ago my daughter and I joined some friends on a cruise ship that had 17 floors. We decided to eat whatever we wanted, but wouldn't use the elevator even if we were going to the 17th floor, and walked everywhere we went. When we got home we didn't gain any weight and actually lost a pound or two. Walking is definitely a good thing 😂 oh the only thing we didn't do was drink soda, because we haven't drank them in over 15 years.

It’s estrogen dominance I had one the size of 5 mo pregnant plus a good number more. I have pcos plus dysfunctional thyroid endocrinology My BMs have always been 1-2x a day, easy to get out Lots of sulfurous vegs too (I like vegs) Until insulin resistance is overcome, ur just chasing ur tail That’s not a pill, it’s macros in correct proportion. Meaning -> choices! Ofc toxin intake becomes important too once intake is under control. Scented candles, fabric softener, make up, creams & potions. I didn’t use any of that either. Never smoked, hardly drank.

Praise the Lord! The timing of your short video is no coincidence, but is from God through you dear Jennifer. When Mom was in the hospital, I would usually walk there and /or back. This was a necessity to stave off the stress hormones(cortisol, etc). Without walking daily and getting my heart rate up, I couldn't have been there for her and would be in bad physical/ mental/emotional health. It tears me up what happened to her and the resistance of the medically deceived last immediate family member. I've had serious health challenges as a result. Last night I was in tears of gratitude to Jesus and the Father for reminding me of this truth you just explained the next day, right now as I write this. The walk last night did me much good. Exercise is a necessity for the whole-istic solution. You are so kind for reposting this good reminder. Big hug.❤

I ate chicken cassava pie, ox tail stew, mustard greens, raw mussels, cod fish, and watermelon. very traditional foods in my upbringing. Thank you for the thought and your observations

i know an 80something who just started craving jello-- it is a good craving then! good to hear:) love liver & onions. afraid of sugary drinks though, esp since the reports of nanooparticles in u.s. softdrinks this yr. hambones go to the 2 terriers in my household. as a child i liked cantaloupe, but afraid of melons in these chemicalized agri-biz days. dr tent in michigan says pig knuckle soup was a staple of lumberjacks, for same reason cited here... 2 bites of watermelon by a man I know in huntington beach was enuff to make him retch, last week. avoiding poisons has NEVER been harder
